How to delete your Untoxicate account

This page explains how to deactivate your account and request deletion of your personal data for the Untoxicate Hydration Recovery app, operated by SciDration LLC ("Untoxicate").

Option 1: Deactivate your account in the app

1. Open the Untoxicate app and sign in.
2. Open Settings.
3. Tap Delete Account and confirm.

This deactivates your account so you can no longer sign in. To request deletion of your personal data, use Option 2.

Option 2: Request deletion of your data by email

1. Email info@untoxicate.com with the subject line Account Data Deletion Request.
2. Send it from the email address you used to create your account, and include your full name so we can find your account.
3. We will confirm your request and complete it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

When we process a verified request, we delete or de-identify the personal information tied to your account, including your name, email address, phone number, shipping address, and app preferences, and we remove your access to the app.

What we keep

Laboratory test records and results for samples you submitted may be retained for the period required by federal and California laws that apply to clinical laboratories. We store them securely, limit access to them, and use them only to meet legal obligations. We also keep limited order, payment, and tax records where the law requires it.
