We stand behind the quality of our products, and your satisfaction is our top priority. This policy covers purchases made on untoxicate.com from SciDration LLC. Purchases made through Amazon, TikTok Shop or a retail store follow that seller's return policy.

Not feeling 50% better? You have two options within 30 days of your purchase:
- Return it for a full refund to your original payment method.
- Keep it and get 50% back as store credit, no questions asked.
This guarantee covers:
- Smarter Recovery Mix 12-pack
- Smarter Recovery Mix Variety 6-pack
- The drink mix included in the Smarter Recovery Starter System and Complete System
For bundles, the guarantee applies to the drink mix portion at its standalone price: $18.99 per 6-pack and $32.99 per 12-pack. The test kit in a bundle is covered only by the 72-Hour Results Guarantee below.
The guarantee is limited to one claim per customer or household.
72-Hour Results Guarantee — Untoxicate Liver Function Test
If your results aren't in your app within 72 hours of the lab receiving your sample, the test is free. Just email us and we'll refund the test. If you bought the test on its own, that's your order in full. No forms, no hassle.
Apart from this guarantee, test kits are not refundable once purchased, because each kit is individually registered and processed for you and cannot be reused or resold.
Sample Issues
If the lab can't process your sample because it is insufficient, damaged or lost in transit on our prepaid return label, we'll send you one free replacement collection kit. Replacement kits are not refunded in cash. If a second sample also can't be processed, email us and we'll work with you directly.
Free Samples
Free samples are not eligible for refunds, including any shipping fees paid.
Subscriptions
You can cancel or modify a subscription at any time through your account, through the links in your order confirmation emails, or by emailing info@untoxicate.com. Cancelling stops future orders. Orders that have already been charged and shipped are covered only by the guarantees above.
Shipping Costs
If you return drink mix, you're responsible for the return shipping cost unless the mistake is ours: a wrong item, a damaged or defective product, or an item missing from your order. In those cases, we'll send a prepaid return label and ship a replacement or issue a full refund, whichever you prefer. Please report damaged, defective or missing items within 7 days of delivery, with a photo where possible.
How to Request a Refund
- Email info@untoxicate.com.
- Include your order number and a brief note about your experience.
- We'll reply with return instructions if a return is needed. Refunds go back to your original payment method, and store credit is issued to your account, within 5–10 days.
