Due to the personalized and lab-processed nature of our at-home liver test kits, we are unable to offer refunds once your test has been activated and/or processed. Each test provides accurate lab results tailored to your sample and cannot be reused or resold.

To request a refund on your drink mix:

2. Include your order number and a brief note about your experience 

3. Refunds will be issued back to your original payment method or as store credit within 5–10 business days
